ZHM Huawu Steel delivers fully integrated design, fabrication, installation and commissioning services for heavy-duty Container Lashing Dojo Work Platforms, purpose-built for container terminal yards to support efficient, safety-compliant container corner casting lashing and twistlock securing operations for multi-tier stacked marine containers.

Engineered to meet harsh coastal port operating conditions, the entire platform structure adopts hot dip galvanized (HDG) anti-corrosion treatment, which provides superior salt spray corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor service in marine environment. The platform follows strict dimensional specifications: maximum overall total height reaches 7000mm, bottom steel foundation total width is 5240mm, and the main operation surface keeps a nominal 2500mm height above pavement level, perfectly matching the common stacking height of 2-3 tiers standard shipping containers in port yards.

This lashing dojo station is designed with full safety protection configurations as standard. Both sides of the operation platform are equipped with full-height handrail systems and solid kick plates: the handrail prevents personnel from accidental fall during high-position lashing work, while the kick plate effectively blocks tools, spare parts and small debris from dropping to the ground yard below, eliminating potential injury risks for ground passing staff. The access system adopts heavy-duty HDG steel catladders fitted with full surrounding safety cage, which provides continuous fall protection for workers during the whole climbing process from ground to elevated operation level.

For ground safety protection, movable concrete barriers are arranged around the outer side of the steel platform foundation, which can effectively resist accidental impact from container trucks, forklifts and yard handling equipment, avoiding structural deformation or damage of the main steel frame. The standard railing detail follows nominal dimension requirements: the horizontal railing section width is 300 NOM, and the total outward extension of the railing system reaches 1000 NOM, creating a spacious and safe operation space for workers to move freely and complete twistlock insertion, lashing chain tensioning and container corner locking work smoothly.
